      Interesting article in the Asia Times about the new development at Bang Saray South of Pattaya. The prices do seem quite high for properties that are not on the coast, and the article makes no mention of foreigners being unable to own property freehold (other than condos).

Not surprising, have seen multiple episodes of House Hunters International and they never mention that when one of the contestants chooses a house in Thailand they can't really purchase it 

Clutching at straws in a bid to get a way over priced development off the ground!!
