PATTAYA: A 71-year-old Italian died of oral sex in a house in Suksabai Villa on Sunday morning.

Police and paramedics found the man naked and unresponsive beside the bed on the second floor of a townhouse. Immediate resuscitation attempts were unsuccessful. A 22-year-old Thai said he had been paid for sex. After the oral sex, the foreigner suddenly turned over, it is said in "Sanook". The young man had then alarmed police and ambulance. The police ordered an autopsy of the body.
