I am an American and will be retiring in Thailand soon. I am sickened to read about this savage act. This American and all of his friends are pchycopaths. As to the comment about America first, I do not buy into that nor do I accept the Trump administration, although none of that has anything to do with this. There are around 350 million people in the United States and like all countries we have are sick evil types. To answer your point. No it would be entirely the responsibility of the owner to ensure it was working. It wasn't simple as no point you trying to prevaricate otherwise

As for the CCTV, of course it is the managers responsibility, and as you were inferring that had it been a Thai that were killed then CCTV would have been available but because it involves a farang the CCTV is not (available). You are saying that the management of the bar concerned is covering it up. Oh and again, what fella am I defending?

Although they did turn over sadam hussein to be executed.
