Going short-time only, shallow or succulent?
I don't believe in unconditional love which is what you seem to believe in. If you love someone and they don't return that love eventually your love will fade. If all you ever do is give and never receive how can the love survive? That in and of itself is transactional. I think we will have to agree to disagree, I don't and never will believe in altruism, Everyone does something for a return. Everything in life is transactional. -

Swiss man paws for thought after dog bites on Thai beach (video)
Well its about time this country gave it a try, You appear to know as little about this subject as you do about road safety. culling if done properly is the only solution. Releasing them back onto the streets along with restricting food supply is madness, How does a pack of starving dogs normally behave, a baby could easily become a victim , ripped to shreds in minutes They don't just need vaccinating once , some vaccines are required annually. its not just rabies either, there are plenty of other diseases and parasites to be dealt with. some of the nastier ones can be passed on to humans following contact with the dogs or their excrement. I'm sure there are many schemes to deal with this plague that look good on paper , but remember where you are, none of them will be happening here anytime soon mainly due to a lack of interest and the costs involved, -

Disturbed people have imaginary friends. Men paying for sex is entirely normal out in the real world. -

Swiss Man Bitten by Dog While Jogging on Thai Beach (short)
Here is where the red line comes in. The OP says foreigner owned. But how many times have soi dogs bitten people and the soi dogs are owned by Thais but the OP never finds the owners. There are soi dogs all over the beaches and nearby. Who is claiming foreigner ownership. I do not know many foreigners who let their dogs run loose in a pack the way Thais do. We simply know already there could be liability involved. -

Going short-time only, shallow or succulent?
@NowNow and @fredwiggy - Between the two of you, you have posted well over 50% of the total replies made on this topic, yet all of it is only intended for you to use to judge, insult and belittle other members, plus none of it is of any interest, nor adds anything to the topic. But the two of you have also focused on highjacking this thread ever since I started it yesterday. What is really wrong with you two? Totally warped and obsessed. You're both so off from what is normal in this world that it's gotten really creepy. You two are also a lot like susanlea.- 1

Asia Entertainment Expo 2024 to Feature Top Japanese AV Stars
Better to read the whole story. They AV stars are also offering some kind of lottery to meet them privately for various things. In the article, I got the impression they are offering a chance to be one on one with the AV star privately or on a date. Although the government would never allow it to be revealed filming the AV stars in action in Thailand. It would not surprise me if there will be some hanky panky done if the money is right. -

Palang Pracharath Splits Over Thammanat Cabinet Snub
Thailand's Palang Pracharath Party is facing internal turmoil once again after its secretary-general, Thammanat Prompao, was excluded from the new Cabinet lineup. This development threatens to further divide the party, heightening tensions between different factions. Today, Prawit Wongsuwan, the party leader, submitted a list of four ministerial nominees to the Pheu Thai Party, which leads the current coalition government. However, notably absent from this list was the polarising figure of Thammanat. The move is seen as a strategic exclusion that has generated discontent within the ranks. The exclusion from Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra's Cabinet has left Thammanat and his followers aggrieved. Thammanat, who also holds the post of acting Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives, has significant backing within the party. About 18 of the 38 Palang Pracharath MPs are loyal to him, while the others remain aligned with Prawit, according to a party source. To fill the gap, it is believed that Deputy Palang Pracharath leader Chaiwut Thanakhamanusorn will take Thammanat's place in the Cabinet. However, his specific role remains unconfirmed. This change was partly driven by concerns over potential legal repercussions. Thammanat Prompao. Picture courtesy: Thai Rath Thammanat's past conviction on drug-related charges in Australia could open the door to lawsuits. His appointment could jeopardise Paetongtarn’s premiership, much like when Srettha Thavisin was ousted by the Constitutional Court due to a controversial ministerial appointment. The divide within Palang Pracharath may lead Thammanat to push for a significant move. He might urge Prawit to let the executive board expel him and his loyal MPs from the party, allowing them to align with another group within a 30-day period, as permitted by law, reported Thai Newsroom. This situation isn't new for Thammanat; he previously spearheaded a departure of 16 MPs to the Thai Economics Party, only to return to Palang Pracharath last year. As the dust settles, the internal conflict could lead to significant shifts within the Thai political landscape, further fracturing an already divided party.
