Will border checkpoints to Laos be open during the Songkran holiday in 2018 ?

I will be crossing the border to Laos on 13 April. Will the border checkpoints (all border checkpoints) be open during the Songkran holiday in 2018?

Bborder crossing do not close for holidays or weekends. The are open 365 days a year.
