I am required to have a American Notary Stamp with my Thai wife and signed together in Bangkok. Is there any law firm in Bangkok or agency somewhere that can notarize papers other than the U.S. Embassy in Bangkok?  Also how difficult is it to get a Thai wife into the U.S Embassy in Bangkok that does NOT have a U.S. passport together to get a Notary Stamp? Any links or information ,advice i would be grateful.

I am not aware of any notaries that have a stamp from the states.

No problem for your wife to enter the consular section. You will need to make appointments for both of you for her to enter.

When you go to the page to make your appointment you will see this "At the time you receive your appointment confirmation page to print, you also will be offered the option to make a separate appointment for another individual".

Info about appointments is here. https://th.usembassy.gov/u-s-citizen-services/acsappointment/
