I agree with all that but to ensure the understanding of the American people, all of them, it is time for Mueller to give an update, even a vague one, on the nature and scope of his investigation. He need not divulge anything that would be harmful to his further investigations but he should give the public something to promote their civil forbearance.

If you read the actual things in the news about it instead of ignoring it or saying it is fake news, you would have known already.

I have read what thing's "could mean", what is "possibly happening", what he "may be" doing. I have also read what concrete actions he has taken. I do not ignore it nor am I against his investigation. Let him do what he needs to do, go where he needs to go. That said, though he was given wide latitude to investigate Russia's meddling in US elections and anything else stemming from his investigation of that central mandate we're now getting the most news on porn stars. It's looking a little Burlesconiesque, a prurient sideshow. I think in the vaguest of terms, if he wishes, he should give an update on his investigation.

BTW, I have never used the term "fake news", but I will say since you seem interested, that I find most news from most sources to be full of half truths or omissions meant to bring satisfaction to their target audience.

These guys are professionals and are playing the long game with their cards close to their chests. They also know that they have a subject who has the largest microphone in the world and they don't want to get into fighting the case in the court of public opinion or show their hand. On top of that, their subject continues to shoot his mouth off and provide more evidence for their case as he squirms nervously while the investigation gets closer and closer and more people turn. This is going just the way they want it.

When they are ready, it's going to go down hard and there will be a lot of people in jail. Trump is either complicit or a dupe. Given his track record in terms of business, ethics and telling the truth, I'm betting he's involved.

I don't know what he may have done but I'm confident Mueller will find it, if it exists.  If they do find something I hope it is something more than his clumsy attempts at obstruction, which to my mind is just Trump being Trump, though most likely unlawful.

What is it with this crap and some prostitute he may have slept with 13 years ago?  He wasn't president then so who cares.  There are plane loads of Americans arriving in Thailand everyday to sleep with prostitutes, what's the difference.  Donald trump pays woman to sleep with him a decade ago who really cares.

So that is what you got from all the news about this, it is about Trump sleeping with her yes or no?

I'm sure you actually know the answer.

It's the timing of the hush money payment with Trump's Republican Party nomination. There is the potential for violating federal campaign laws - a criminal offense.

So we let these criminals of the hook for what reason? Because you like them so much?

I don't think that's it. I think some people have seen so many illegalities get a pass from law enforcement agencies and the press they come to think of it as unfair when they actually start to do their jobs.

Remember that Bill Clinton/Loretta Lynch meeting on the tarmac in a private jet? Then the next day the Clinton investigation blows over. Everybody knows something illegal went down and of course if this president had done anything like that the media would have been merciless. Credulous people, not yourself of course, saw it for what it was.

Go after all the wrongdoers, without partiality, prejudice or favor and it will go a long way to healing what divides America at the present time.

Ryan, in his statement, called the search warrants executed by the U.S. Attorney's office in Manhattan "completely inappropriate and unnecessary."

I can not understand how the FBI were able or indeed if they were able to get the warrants without Cohen (and others) not being tipped off.

Even still I suspect that the Shredders in Cohen's office have been working overtime for weeks...

The real smoking guns will not be what the the FBI finds but what is missing.

I agree with you that they should investigate Hillary for example on how she won the democratic nomination as that stinks too.

That would be most curious - a Republican-controlled Congress impeaching two Trump nominees appointed by a Republican-controlled Congress. Might as well throw in Trump nominated and Republican-controlled Congress appointed AG Sessions who oversees the Judiciary.

But I would support a "clean sweep" if Trump is included in the impeachment.

PLEASE don't confuse the man-child supporters with facts as they get very frustrated by it!
