This is a speciality crime associated with Thainess; no other country can match the LoS for endeavour in this area. Of course the most famous case, never solved, involved the notorious Nonthaburi Panty Snatcher. Sgt Terdsak and his team of sleuths were after him for decades - read Roger Crutchley in the Bangkok Post archives for more lowdown on the convoluted chase. He was never apprehended, but sighted fleetingly by moonlight in back gardens across the province. He seems to have long gone to ground though, could he have snuffed it? Or even sniffed it? Nobody can say.

500 baht?  Gosh, I am not sure, but I am pretty sure you could head over to just about any of the red light districts, or walk down soi 6 in Pattaya, and for 500 baht some girls would gladly hand over some used lingerie.  To them, it might be one of the ultimate short times
