Unfortunately, my fact checking dept is "impotent" with regards to producing "solid" evidence. The "upstanding" general is ruling with an "iron rod" and they could face undue "hard" ships should they "prick" him "rock hard" truths. At this point, they don't want to "blow their wad" until there is a "happy ending" guaranteed for all.

Seems your system is wilting. Any hint of hard evidence should be grabbed at once and acted on. Pointing out the possibility of forth coming hard evidence to your wife means an extra pair of hands to ensure all the points are examined closely and can lead to a successful conclusion.

One should not wait for the iron to be hot before striking; rather make the iron hot by striking -  (attributed to various authors and in various forms over the ages but most recently to W.B. Yeats).  Though, without getting <deleted> claw. 

That being said, will give my wife the "heads up" before retiring my "stallion" to her "stable." Sans nuts from Sukhothai (both human and those that grow on trees).
