Unfortuntely these days people find it hard to read ( and comprehend) anything longer than a twit.

 

its really sad that deaths of toddlers in pools happens all over the world- horrendous.

 

There are reasons why in many countries- by law the pool has to be fenced. 

 

I will  get shot down in flames - it is parental supervision that was lacking . 

Did I hear wrongly that Thailand has such a thing called safety?

You can see the standard of supervision given Thai childlren playing in the water near the ocean side inlet at the southern end of Nai Harn most Sundays, most, not all, but sadly most are totally unsupervised.

The same at my local waterfall.. Parents have no concern for their kids, which is why on average I think we have 2 drownings per summer holidays !!
