Hi everyone,

I bought them at floating market. They taste good and look like sapodilla seeds, but I’m not sure if they can be eaten.

Hope someone can help me.

Thank you soTT

You're not sure they're edible, but you tasted them?  You're braver than I!

I didn’t think much about it. The salesman got the permission to sell these seeds at the floating market, so it must be edible, right? It just struck me earlier that there may be a side effect.

These are the nuts that Isan locals give to buffalos, and once they have passed through the digestive system, and out the other side, they are then classed as edible.
