Can someone tell me if bar still open?(soi 13/1,soi yamato) looking for friend who used to drink there,no answer on phone.

You have to worry when a friend's primary contact number is at a bar, let alone one on soi 13/1 yamato!

Not been called the Clinic for a long time. How long since you have had contact with him?

 

A former ?? don't know the word to use, is now at the Londoner in Soi Post, but it is a good many years since he was there.

The latter part of that sentence is confusing, is he there or not?? .... I don't like the Londoner (arrogant aussie owner?) ..... but if it is important I will get somebody to check it out....

You are quite correct it is very confusing. What I meant to say was the person at the Londoner was at the Clinic a good while ago.

The Irish owner of the clinic died a few years back, can't recall how many years exactly. His wife ran the bar for a few years, but has since sold it.

The Londoner is now run by Ernie who at one time manged the Clinic, as well as about every other bar in that area. The Aussie owner left the Londoner many moons ago. I would say about 12 years or more.
