BANGKOK, 26th May 2018 (NNT) – Security agencies are monitoring false, distorted, and fabricated reports online in a bid to maintain national security.

Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister Gen Prawit Wongsuwan has instructed responsible units to monitor online information and bring those who spread false information deemed a threat to national security to justice.

Online fabrication and distortion is in violation of the Computer Related Crime Act, B.E. 2560, he said, adding that those found guilty will be subject to a fine and jail time.

The deputy premier then pleaded with the public to check their sources before sharing and immediately alert a responsible agency should they come across fake news or information.

Prime Minister Gen Prayut Chan-o-cha was the latest victim of online news fabrication following the recent petrol price hike. A fake report claimed that Gen Prayut was telling people to fill up their vehicles with water if they couldn’t afford gas.

Do not worry folks, if TV is being monitored, they will soon get p|+|sed off getting error 520 all the time, then  they will leave us alone.

Okay, let's give them the error code. It isn't fun anymore.

This need not affect TV. According to the government poeple doing the monitoring can only speak basic Thai, and can hardly speak English at all. They might as well monitor the Swahili Times.

Yep. Your wife fakes her orgasms?

I do not have any knowledge of that, but you seem to have experience in that area. However, don´t be shy about it, it happens to the best of us.
I will also sincerely take you fountain of knowledge with me, so I can prevent such a disaster happening to me.

Not because I see any reason for it to happen, due to that I am equipped with something that us initiated call manhood.

So peoples very simples, take care very well, every news coming from the government (every day 20 minutes at every Thai TV channel, on Friday 40 minutes from Mr. PM. personly) are true, all other information (newspapers, TV, radio etc.) are wrong. So please let it confirm from some high authorities before you share it.

What to do if the fake, distorted, fabricated news is coming FROM the government.

It's a fine mess you've gotten us into now, Olie... ?

At 495 network requests just to load an article page, it is a miracle the site runs at all.
