Do Directors And Shareholders Have Legal Status As An Employee ?

Just to give a update, after 6 months just did get a refund of 54k. So the Thai givernment does give refunds on this.

I can confirm this. We (my wife and myself) got our refunds in full two months ago. The refund included everything the employer and the employee paid to the fund.

But the cheque was made out to the Company (employer), meaning the Co has to refund the employee and book it accordingly in the accounts.
