I can't use my wife's airgun to hunt rats ever again ?

BANGKOK, Oct. 12 (Xinhua) -- Foreigners are banned from possessing and using guns in Thailand after the National Legislative Assembly (NLA) passed amendments to the Weapon, Firearm, Explosive and Firework Act Thursday.

Airguns are not considered "guns", so the law change should not change anything.

While not firearms, it is my understanding they are considered guns and are regulated.
