Popular Post AlexRich Posted June 15, 2018 Popular Post Posted June 15, 2018 What Ken’s really interested in doing is “life-coaching” you out of your money. 12 1 2
Popular Post Justfine Posted June 15, 2018 Popular Post Posted June 15, 2018 About ripping your wallet in half. Seriously it costs like $200 to collect some weights to use. 3
BigBadGeordie Posted June 15, 2018 Posted June 15, 2018 "Tickets for the three-day event cost a whopping 14,850 baht and are available online. Hosley said she expects 1,300 regional professionals to attend. Weichert’s life coaching program on Oct. 4 cost 3,500 baht before Aug. 31, and 4,300 baht after." Looks like Weichert's bank account is going to put weight on.
mok199 Posted June 15, 2018 Posted June 15, 2018 another new gimmick..reminds me of that fitness guy in the 90's,''Tony Little''..minus the pony tail.. 1 1
Popular Post Jeremy50 Posted June 15, 2018 Popular Post Posted June 15, 2018 Just another illiterate moron going on about 'life fitness' and 'motivation for life', whatever those are. The more involved and expensive these courses are the less likely you are to actually break into a sweat, what with manhandling those stupid brightly coloured plastic objects, and shouting out 'because I am worth it!' like the gullible idiot that you are. All you need for fitness is a pair of shorts, a vest and some trainers, and just get out there and run 5 K every day. 3
Popular Post robblok Posted June 15, 2018 Popular Post Posted June 15, 2018 Bad picture of the guy or he is not lean, not impressed by what i see. Not that it means much because you don't need to be in good shape to know a lot about training. Not that much into life coaching myself, just working out hard and if you want information there is so much available for free. Only when you reach certain levels will real professional trainers help. Just eat right (no processed foods) and eat enough proteins, lift weight mostly compound exercises, change it up every 3 months and find one of the recommended programs online and your set 5 x 5 is nice (but not for the public of Thai-Visa of course). Start slowly especially if your a bit older. Anyway lifting weight and fitness is just one of many sports you can do to stay healthy, just select the one that suits you best. The best exercise is the exercise you can keep doing, same with diet its not about the perfect diet but about consistency. So the best diet is the one you keep following. It could be low carb, higher carb, low fat whatever works for you. Things need to be flexible adapted to the person training there is no one size fits all training. 8

That is what you need.. not everyone likes to run.. you make the basic mistake thinking that what you like is good for everyone. I used to do that, now I have different views. Everyone is different everyone likes different sports. I hate running would not keep it up, running would also be bad if your overweight (stress on joints). It does not matter if your sport is golf, swimming, running, jogging, lifting weights, boxing training.. as long as you do something you keep doing and like (or not hate) then things will be well. 3

You forgot the Pattaya exercise programme, also known as whore-mongering ... you lose weight because your wallet weighs less. 1 1 4

Im sure you could lose weight on it.. but not if you are done after 5 min or let the girl do all the work. But yes your wallet will weigh less for sure after a few encounters.

No way will protein get absorbed within minutes... It's none of my business, but it frustrates me seeing a female friend spend hours doing cardio and running weekly half-marathons without getting rid of some annoying body fat on the butt and thighs. Wish she would get serious about resistance training. Muscles help burn fat. Rant over. - The old Romans had a saying "half of any task is done once you have actually started" (Dimidium facti, qui coepit habet: saper aude, incipe)!

Yeah she should do squats etc. Her diet must have too many carbs though if she runs heaps and is still fat.
