Kamala to Nai Thon - Lunch spots?

Featured Replies

Enjoy the drive up the coast from Patong to Nai Thon but I wondered if anyone has some favourite lunch spots they would like to share.

We enjoy Thai and European food and love somewhere with a view if possible of people or scenery.

Any suggestions?

I know you mean well Badrabbit

but we get enough McDonalds on our 3 month road trip in the USA each year.

To heck with the food, they've always got a reasonably clean and safe toilet.

Layan beach at the end before the national park next to the beach club

Petcharin Restaurant at the south end of Surin Beach.

Great location on a sunny day.

Food is good , but  its no 'bargain'.

Vanilla Sky restaurant/bar at the top floor of Sienna Hotel in Kamala has amazing beach & ocean views, and cooler breezes, and good food/drinks.

Catch Beach Club at Bangtao beach is also great.

Went up there on Saturday for a late lunch.

Excellent view and delightful food with some unusual dishes. Just the sort of thing we are looking for.

We had 2 french dishes, Tongue done in an exquisite sauce and Bone Marrow which was a unique taste and thoroughly enjoyable.

We are definitely going back to try some other dishes including a Thai dish or two.

Not easy to find so thanks to Stuarty for giving us the heads up
