Yes, in my cupboard.

It's available at Makro (packs of three) and probably elsewhere too. It isnt called Muscovado though: it's called "Mitr Phol Brown Sugar".

Also, Big C has an even darker version. It's just labelled "Big C Brown Cane Sugar" .

 

If you really want "muscovado sugar" try Tops or Foodland but pay a lot more.
