Are outlets available, for free or for a price, for charging at Thai airports? Or is it a case of "bring your own charging pack" if you need extra electricity?

The 3 I am most interested in are: Don Mueng, Udon Thani, and Utapao (Pattaya)

Don't bring power packs on planes. You don't want to be the guy that kills everyone.

I always travel with a power pack on international and domestic flights; under the current legislation power packs " CAN NOT " be in your checked in aircraft hold luggage but are permitted in carry on / hand luggage . . . . There is also a maximum power pack battery size as mine had been checked many times on flights but I can't remember what it is.

Have you considered the security aspect of using public charging points?

Couple of articles here and there are more if you search the web

You're connecting your phone / tablet via its USB connection to what?  Remember that you can charge it by connecting to a PC which could then copy your data / infect the device so if you don't know what's actually behind the charger .........:crying:

But bring your USB charging cable with you, they provide socket for USB, and if you have a charger, there are power point too, there are charging points available at Don Muang airport lounge between terminal 1 and terminal two.

It is just opposite the Information counter. But don't forget to collect the phone after charging.
