If I couldn't speak Thai, I wouldn't be with a Thai woman. But I know guys that are willing to sacrifice that to be with a younger, more attractive female. Understandable. But back on topic, you're simply applying the western standards of beauty and that's certainly your prerogative. But you can proudly proclaim your preference for "blue eyed blonde Scandinavian girls" without have to denigrate Thai women...and all other Asian women for that matter. How about African women? My point was simply that westerners in Thailand praise Thai beauty above all others, and I don’t think they are any better looking than the ladies I see in Europe. I don’t mind Africans but I prefer my own race to be perfectly honest as we have more in common generally. I never denigrated Thai women, I just picked them off the pedestal that many men place them on. People praise their beauty but what they really mean is availability. But yes, some guys do talk up Thai women a bit over-the-top. And yes, I do understand that part of the appeal is the accessibility. But there are quite a few really attractive Thai women...not that most of us have any chance with them! I kind of agree with them being overrated, esp. vs. the reality of the ones you see foreigners with day to day. But I do think they have very good genes on average: pretty faces with fine features, slim ass and stomach, nicely proportioned bodies if you overlook the flat chests (which for me is a small price for a slim behind). On the downside, really bad skin is quite common here (not sure why -- diet? Destroying their skin from too much cleaning, whitening and cosmetics? Personally I like women that look after themselves and have a decent level of intelligence, they don’t have to look amazing.
