Good Detmatologist in Khonkaen

Featured Replies

Sorry to hear that you didn't get successful treatment in Chaiyaphum.

Khon Kaen:

I visited a dermatology clinic twice.

I had a fairly trivial dermatosis/allergic problem and treatment was successful.

BUT: I still won't suggest this clinic as the consultation was very hectic/hasty, three assistants standing by just to help you out of the shirt quicker etc.

So what? Just hoping this is better:

The "Srinagarind" (Si Nakarin) is the university hospital and considered the place where the best experts work in all of the northeast.

There is an assistant professor at the university:

"Dr. Charoen  Choonhakarn" (other transcripts may appear).

Certificate of Dermatopathology and Fellowship in Clinical Dermatology ( New York, USA) , 2545

There seem to be three approaches to get an appointment/visit.

1) At the Srinagarind Hospital where he is supposed to be available on:

Monday, Tuesday, Friday 9.00-12.00 and 13.30-15.00.

Tel 043-363664

2) At the Khon Kaen RAM hospital (after hours):

Tuesday, Thursday 17.00 to 20.00

Sunday 9.00 to 12.00

Tel 043-002-002

3) At the "KKM Clinic"

(Monday?), Saturday 18.30 to 20.00

Tel 043-242239

1) Would probably be cheapest but I am afraid it will be difficult/very crowded (maybe only with long queue wait).

2) Best chance but expensive (it's one of the bells&whistles/flashy hospitals).

3) Don't know about this place

Of course before doing the trip: try to make sure that he is available at the published hours/make an appointment.

Probably need help from a Thai speaking person?
