looking for a nice 1 bedroom condo...not on first floor...must have elevator and pool. Looking for a 3.5 month rental ..arriving mid December. Must have secure covered parking for motorbike.  I will be the only permanent occupant. I do not party..drink occasionally, and have never smoked.

how many different people (men, ladyboys, women or anything in between or around..) do you intend to bring to the condo during your stay?

     Unixx, Northshore, View Talay 6, and Centric Sea for Pattaya.   For Jomtien:  Lumpini Park Beach, Cetus, Aeras, Acqua, and Dusit, among others.  For Pratamnak/Cosy Beach:  Sands, Peak Towers, Amari, The View, Cosy Beach View,  Southpoint.  For Wongamat: Zire, Northpoint, The Palm, Riviera Wongamat, Baan Plai Haad, Wongamat Tower, and Laguna, among the newer ones.
