Shortly after the Russians stole the DNCC analytics and gave them to the Trump campaign, the Trump campaign radically changed their strategies - Brad Parscale, Jason Miller, Jared Kushner all bragged publically about this (before they were instructed to shut up) - for media buys, Trump visits, voter suppression activities, among many, many, many other "activities".
