hi,i am coming to phuket on friday with my thai gf and i am looking for a bungalow for her to rent for 6 months onwards in patong/kata/karon.anyone know of any please?or cheap appartments.

I am also looking to rent a 2/3 bed house/bungalow on the east or south of the island, [draw a line from Chalong to Karon, anywhere on or below that line]

A/C and a walled garden a must.

Any help would be appreciated with suitable liquid rewards when I get there! [can't wait]

From the airport.....

When you reach Memorial Monument turn left

About 1km on the right hand side turn into the estate

they're about 50/60 bungalows on the estate mostly bought allready with alot for rent by the individual owners, some thai, some farang.

The majority are around 13/15k a month depending on plot location and size

Have a few at the 20kmark fully furnished t.v. washing machine . e.t.c.

The most expensive ive noticed is 35k , strangely enough after nearly a year its still empty

I rent from a Thai Guy 13k a month unfurnished , with aircon

Some deals here to be had and would reccommend to all. A nice quiet residential area 10 mins from Phuket Town 20 mins from Patong 25mins from Chalong/Rawai.
