Ok so my Xbox One S made it through customs

 

 ......Xbox One S is 110V to 240V........ but the power cable with it says 125V.......... The power cable dosen't have a power pack..........it looks like this:

What  do you think will happen if I to plug in?  Is it ok?

Don't break your new toy.....Read all the literature you got with it or download the manual & read it through before plugging it in.....Might be the wrong cable....

that cable is the same, structurally to the same 220V 2 pin cable you can encounter in Thailand/Malaysia/Philippines/Europe. It is simply labelled as 110V, as a means to prompt/remind US users that the Device being powered is one for the US market.

 

a sort of last ditch Cords For Dummies reminder about the cables intended use for the respective country. 

The cable's labelling sort of becomes a moot point, when as in your case, you have an auto-multi-voltage-sensing device being powered.

Trouble arises when a forgetful person has a multi voltage device, that requires a manual selection of the voltage; forgetting what system is in use where he is, and blindly follows the voltage reference written on the cable, as his only guide, and selects 'that' voltage on his device's AC voltage choice selector

Using a 125 volts labeled cable with a 220 volt outlet is not a problem since the 220 about halves the current (Amps) compared to a 110 volt system.

110/125 volts would be more "stressful" to the cable due to the higher current.  It is not a problem to use it with 220. 

Moved to the Electrical Forum for advice from the bright sparks.

The cable will be fine, the amount of insulation required for mechanical strength is much more then is needed to insulate 220V.

 

Please be absolutely certain your unit is multi-voltage (post a photo of the rating label to be certain) as a vast number of appliances destined for the US market are 120V only even if their international (rest of the world) versions are multi-voltage, evidently the tiny saving in production cost is worth doing over millions of units.

My Xbox 360 (UK version) is absolutely NOT multi-voltage, 220/240V ONLY.

Don't know about the Xbox One.

My Xbox One S says 110-220 so i presume can use on any voltage. Certainly works fine here.
