hi I'm from canada we have spay in insulation with fiberglass i no they use rockwell here need to insulate my attic not spray on I''m in rayong but hoping can find it anywhere around us

You will find rolls of insulation material (rock-wool/fibreglass in aluminium coated plastic bags)

in all the big hardware shops.

Yes I no but my ceiling is not strong enough to support people and I can’t get boarding up there to support people that’s why I am looking for blow in
