Sad to see that Alan Rabinowitz finally succumbed to cancer.

 

He was recognised internationally as one of the worlds leading authorities on big cat conservation and was instrumental in the establishment of the Huai Kha Khaeng Wildlife Sanctuary in conjunction with Seub Nakhasathien who committed suicide to bring attention to wildlife issues in Thailand.

For one reason or another his   in Thailand are often not recognised........maybe because of his passionate style of campaigning.
