What are you talking about? Flynn and Papadopoulos have already pleaded guilty so they're not subject to trial. They have already been 'convicted' by their own admissions - under the law they're just as guilty as if they had gone to trial and been convicted. As the captions in that graphic indicate, they're just awaiting sentencing.

Yes. It even goes further. He is implicating himself if he is lying about it and could face years in prison for perjury. He may even have audio confirming all of this based on some reports. Trump is going down. It is over.

One of the reasons that there is such a focus on Cohen is because he has a HUGE amount of information on the now disbanded (or frozen from operating) Trump Foundation, which has been involved in a number of alleged illegal activities. 

 

“For more than a decade, the Donald J. Trump foundation has operated in persistent violation of state and federal law governing New York State charities.

 

Further is this:

 

• Trump Foundation funds were illegally used to: pay off Trump’s legal obligations; promote Trump hotels and other businesses; and purchase personal items.

• The foundation raised “in excess of $2.8 million in a manner designed to influence the 2016 presidential election at the direction and under the control of senior leadership of the Trump presidential campaign.”

The actual money for the pay off of Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal were paid out of  Trust.   Again illegal.  The people running the trust and the foundation are Trump's children.
