I've been buying from them for years, never paid any kind of taxes yet, just keep it under $100.

It says on the website anything at $46 may be due taxes, which shipping method do you use..local post or local post plus.? I want to order is only about $40 anyway

Not sure what post I use, it automatically adds the shipping costs to the item you order, usually only a few dollars extra. Probably correct about the $46, although I'm pretty sure I've bought a higher value than that without any problems.
