I will go to Thailand next month for the first time and visit my Thai bf and I cant find anywhere information about staying with a local family. Would it be a problem if i make a real booking but only for 2 nights and I'll cancel the rest of bookings? Because I'll stay at my bf's family. Do I have to report where I stay at the immigration but write in the visa form my hotel? Or they should make an invitation so I can stay at their home and have proof of money for my living? What if I can pay for everything myself but use their home as accomodation? Pls help!

I don't see why you can't just declare your boyfriend's address as where you will be staying.

You will also have to declare where you're staying at local immigration within 24 hours in many provinces.

There is no requirement for a foreign tourist to report to immigration within 24 hours in any province.

You are probably referring to the law that requires the owner, or house-master, or possessor of the property to report that a foreigner is staying at their property.

Before we got our own house in Thailand, I always stayed with my wife's family, even before we were married. (now married for over 10 years)  Never had a problem. Just fill their address. I don't think anyone ever checked on it anyway.
