Three Chinese tourists have been injured after a minivan they were travelling in rear-ended an 18 wheeler truck in Chalong today (September 19).

Rescue workers rushed to the scene of the accident on Chao Fa West Road near Nakok Intersection about noon. They arrived to find the minivan ploughed into the rear end of the 18 wheeler truck at the traffic lights.

And he even kept 10 cm distance from the truck, though could make it to stop on time

From the article police are investigating. Besides not keeping enough distance between the vehicle in front and the van, what else is there to investigate?  Did a ghost jump out?

Thais are idiots with their lack of driving skills. I hope the driver got seriously hurt then he might think twice next time. Did he not see the 18 wheel truck. Driving too close. Not giving way. Might even be too fast. Next

It is the truck’s fault. Why did it brake so suddenly ?
