I don't get it?

Johng predicted a storm that didn't materialise (though in fact it did show up a day or so later). Michael Fish was a veteran BBC weatherman who back in 1987 completely failed to predict a hurricane, that decimated Britain a few hours later.

Sky over central Patts today @ 18.15....somethings on its way

There is weather radar that can tell you that.  It is very accurate for up to about 2 to 3 hours in advance.  I always check it before going out and deciding whether to take an umbrella. Sometimes the weather can move in fast, which is why I have it on my smartphone and check it often when out and about.

Anyone noticed its been hotter in Pattaya after the storm a few days ago ? I saw 90% humidity the other day, maybe that's the reason.... when I do my daily exercise I normally start sweating after 1k , but now I'm wet after 100 meter of activity.

I find the humidity varies quite a bit from day to day.  It was absolutely beautiful this evening. Clear skies and a nice cool breeze off the ocean.  I think both those things help keep the humidity low.  I generally try stay indoors during the middle of the day.  From around 11 to 5.  Usually much nicer to be out and about after that, unless it rains.
