I must live in a different Udon Thani to the one on the TMD list.

According to weather.com, we're going to have some rain (PRECIP) tonight, and very little for the next few days.

I know which one has always been more accurate, and it's not the TMD.

Just more fake news. Have not had any rain for over a week and water levels are still very low. Lower sections of Korat, Buriram and Surin are hurting. When is this government going to build a water distribution system for isaan and stop dreaming about high speed trains to  nowhere.

Your town not on any klong system coming out of Lam Tahkong reservoir?    That big lake is looking a helluva lot better than it was a year or two ago.

Massive storm over Photharam, Ratchaburi 2200 last night, strong winds, heavy rain. 42mm last 24 hours.

Power out for around to hours and this morning many trees down and debris everywhere around my property. Bit of a clean up today.

There has been a huge amount  of rain in Ban Chang already this month so warning of more heavy rain is not a surprise surprise for today.

Hot and dry in "my" area of Udon Thani? going to have to water the garden if the promised rain doesn't arrive today!

Yes, hot and dry in Udon.

I see the latest five-day weather.com forecast shows a 40% chance of some rain for the rest of today, with no more than 20% over the following four days.

Not any time soon. I am in the middle of khon kaen, Korat and burriram. most farmers are letting the cows eat the grass/weed/rice in their fields around here. the rain we have had is very sporadic. small bursts and not for long. Our dams are empty as are the water tanks.

I dont bother even looking at the weather forcast as it seemingly is just made up.

i would hope that Government could see the benefit of a major scale water distribution scheme. A large bore pipe and a few pumping stations wouldn't have been to much to add on the rail expansion project from nongkhai. It would transform this region dramatically
