Show some compassion and humanity people. It's not rocket science to show responsibility to curb the stray dog population!! It cost less than 1000B to have spay/neutering and vaccinations done. Help out and round up some dogs to take to the vet. Support your community and show some compassion!

following a public outcry.

Is there never a public outcry when someone is bitten by a rabid dog?  Or a motor-cyclist brought to the ground?

Roaming dogs is the single most apparent difference between Thailand & my own country; followed by the appalling driving; no police force; the weather; the beauty of the women.

Another half baked idea that has not been thought through, that will be launched because it has been blessed, will cost more than can be afforded, and will eventually fail.

From lotto prices to pet registration, he really is the statesman isn't he.
