Now that the immigration moved locations I am not sure if this service is still available. TIAN moved their office from Promenada to right across the street from the "new" immigration office. They should still provide that service. Officially always been free but unless you want to wait a week it's 500 Baht. However; with Big Joke now running the show and telling everyone 'no tips' allowed things may change.
