Hi

I am having trouble viewing posts. If I click on the topic title or the last unread box the window opens with only the Original post followed by a list of posts. I then have to click on each individually to view. (Or view Lofi version of page)

I'm using Firefox Browser.

Any ideas what has happened, it was fine before yesterday!

Look at the top right of this topic and you will see options.

Click options and look down for "display modes". It should be set to "standard"

This question gets asked a lot, I have never had this problem by the way.

Do we need to add some sort of explaination at the top of the page?

Would anyone click on it? or would members just ask anyway?

Yes and yes, they will keep on asking, but please pin it as a help with all the other things, like 'How to post a link' and "How to post a picture", ""What about "Quotes"' how to and not to do" etc...

I feel that folks are not user friendly to “ThaiVisaDotCom” by NOT looking or searching for their answers that have been posted before. Look at the "Visa section" as an example….before posting the basic things..............................

Would they really look at pinned items ? but then, once pinned, we could point them in the right direction where to look.

P.S. was very surprised by some posts on this “Forum support desk” asking basic questions, whilst these members are not newbies to “ThaiVisaDotCom” on “How to do…………………………”

There is a "help" section available. Look at the top right of the forum (next to "search")
