Really he should of just told him to get off the bike and emptied his gun into the bike just to let the victim know he means business.thais in general seem to have the same mentality and temper as an apache Indian.no one has won here,a young man and probably a father has died and a copper has lost his future and probably left a family behind and all because of a noisy exhaust.just a case of shoot first and think later.

I prefer a 0.5 mm pen, but when I want to make a statement, a 9 mm will do.  Paint with a broad brush.

This seems to be an extreme solution to a minor problem which could have been solved simply by applying the noise pollution and/or illegal modification law and confiscating the motorcycle.

Noise kills. I am at that point with my neighbors, not to kill, but intolerant of their 18 hrs of working in their outside car park next to their house which is next to my home. They make sushi and sell at booths, but have called their cousins and whomever to come help and make and sell. New housing community and they are from the mountain. Bad luck on neighbors, they defythink the same if meeting
