The window to make your online report is between 15 days and 7 days before the report is due.  Your new reporting date will be 90 days from when your report has been approved.  So it will not be the day of your report unless it was also approved on that date (which is usually not the case).  You will most likely lose some days from your current 90 day period since it's likely that your new report will be approved before the actual due date.  If you don't receive approval (you can check using the online reporting system to see if it approved) by the time your report is due you still have the opportunity to report in person at the immigration office up to seven days after the due date.

Excellent information. Thank you very much.

I tried the 90 day report some years ago and that did not work, Since then I have always sent in by post. The annoying thing is that if I want to try online again, it will be too late to send in by post so I have to go there.

I report to Chaengwattana Immigration office in Bangkok. I have been in the same situation back when they were having outages in the Online Reporting Website page. I know the instructions for sending it by registered mail states must be sent 15 days before the due date but I have on more than one occasion sent it in less than that and it was accepted with no problems or warnings when sent back by mail. I would say you could try it online for a few days, and if it doesn't work you could still send it by mail. You do not state what office you report to but like I said, I use Chaengwattana.

I use Chaengwattana also, And I have now twice got a red stamp say "Next time, Please send 15 days before the due date" and last time I did send in 18 days before, and both times they had signed out my registered letter more than 15 days in advance. I start to think it has to be sent 15 days or less.

I'll try online next time.

I just lodged online successfully using Windows 10 and Chrome. However the print button at the end isn't working, so I took a screen capture for my records.
