which village to check to find a house at 10000/month around pattaya ? what are the cheapest villages ?

I checked the empty classifieds section and could not find any house for 10000/month in pattaya area.

It seems that I will have to visit villages, but can you tell me where to go ? what villages are famous for having cheap rents ?

Try the website "Baht and Sold". I just entered the search criteria "houses for rent", then picked the area "Pattaya", then select search. Sort the entries by price (low to high) and there are about ten listing for houses that are 10K Baht or less per month, I would guess the results for townhouses or condos would result in many more listings.

Try Somboonsuk Villa, turn in 50m past the Nantana Garden View Hotel - The area is not far from Big C Extra. Plenty of houses for rent but you’ll need to drive around and call the numbers displayed on the gates. Some may ask for more than 10k, so you need to bargain.

I went round took photos of the phone numbers and got my Thai G.F. too call, that way you get the Thai prices.

i not remeber place but my many friend has rent house 4000-7000 b/month pattaya area manytime many year, same me before, and north have many cheapen and better citys and better womans. why expensive tourist scam city pattaya.

Yes I'm sure no farang in Pattaya has ever used a Thai "friend" to get something at a supposed lower price. I expect the renter really had the wool pulled over his eyes.

You won't have a problem finding something for 10,000 a month or less on the dark side.
