As I linked above according to incoming Senate majority leader Thune, the concern is not whether recess appointments are constitutional but by what procedure the Senate might go into recess if a sufficient number of Republican senators oppose it. And the Supreme Court has already weighed into that as I'm sure you know. The appointments are now the start of the next 4 years of government. Saw you reply, and was going to post ... 'yea, you think', then opened thread and saw OP, then thought, maybe not. Looking more like a golf cart, and many of those are made in TH. May even be a DIY vehicle. Chances are, it probably did not have a lithium battery, as most low end ones don't. Along with the usual fine reporting, as it's not even a tricycle, rather 4 wheeler. -
