I'm guessing you are from the US, which gives 90 days visa free to all countries it allow visa free access to. Quite a lot of tourists visit countries for more than 60 days. Thailand gets a lot of snowbirds from northern Europe that stay longer than that. -

I think the Supreme Court ruled that preemptive pardons are legitimate. I do not think they ruled the preemptive pardons were legitimate. That said, I think the pardons will stand. -
