Tourist Brawl in Phuket Sparks Debate on Visitor Behavior - video
My son worked there as the bar(s) manager and left the joint 3 months ago. Says, French Arabs are the worst kind...disrespectful, rude, aggressive, bothering women, throwing money into staff faces etc...Make no mistake, Cafe del Mar is an expensive joint with over 200 staff members but the clientele is absolute garbage. -

BREAKING NEWS Munich Car Ramming: 24 Year old Afghan Asylum Seeker. 28 Injured Some Critical
That system didn't seem to work with the Afghan nurses who claimed to be doctors and were boasting how they killed Israelis, then jews at the hospital in NSW Australia. The disgusting aspect of this event is that no one in the muslim community or the Afghan community has condemned the event. no unequivocal condemnations. Just excuses. The Imams are quick to claim Islamophobia whenever one of their own says there has been an offence, but they never step up when there is an attack like this. -

Scholz calls for state of emergency
IMO, but for Ukraine Scholz would have remained an unknown nobody outside Germany. Trying to retain his place in the history books with an ineffectual and nonsense pronouncement. -

How to send an Alzheimer's patient back to the U.K.? - From Bangkok
And then what? Welcomed with open arms by his 86 year old sister and/or his 83 year old niece? It's a ludicrous idea. This is a 'must do' @Furioso and quickly. You mentioned that his passport expires soon. Is this idea of getting him on a plane some scatter brained idea by his pals to get him out of the country before it does so? This case must be brought to the attention of the embassy. They will probably need some evidence regarding his medical/mental condition. They should be able to bring this case before the immigration bureau to have a temporary (at least) extension of stay on medical/humanitarian grounds, whilst this whole sorry mess is sorted out. And then I suggest that the idea of getting him into a care home here in Thailand be looked into.
