As of 6 a.m. this morning (Monday) not burnt down - as stated above, damage to the rotten rocky front. That has been rebuilt, looks as if they are putting offices or a walkway at first floor level. This should be priced between 150 and 250 thousand, depending on fixtures and fittings. So where is the two million going, that has been reported as being claimed from the insurance? (What was insured would have cost less than 100 thou.)
