Short of multiple punctures in the wheelchair or having to climb some steps to pick up the award, the path to the finish line for Colinneil appears to be a smooth one. Well done to the other contestants for their input during the year. Colin deserves this award and recognition, for being a solid poster, over an extended period. Something is definitely brewing here, there's an air of expectancy, all the soi dogs congregating, and there have been sightings of the media vans in the town. Hotel bookings and POTY flags are both selling well, and the Poo Yai Bahn was seen wearing a "Vote Colin" T shirt.
