If you have a big Villa for holiday rental end of June to beginning of July 2019 (app 20 Jun to 10 Jul) I am interested.

I have 30 Family members arriving, but dates are not set in stone yet.

I am looking for a little flexibility for now, and I would like to see the Villa as well.

Therefore the Villa rental sites are not so useful at this stage, as I can only book on exact dates and it is not possible to see the Villa first.

The closest I can come now is around 4-5 days on either side of arr/dep of guests.

Villa is not used for parties etc.. Only as accommodation.

It is for mixture of Adults and kids.

2 Villas of 8-10 bedrooms located in Rawai / Nai Harn would be great.

Air bnb shows you the pics and have star ???? rating system. 

 

You can also request to view it first. 

I hired a 10 bedroom place a few years back, through AirBnB... Cost effective and easy to do.

Think we paid about $400US/night....

Thanks ! I will look at their site.

I have used Trip Advisor and found good options at fair prices , but the non flexibility is a turn off for now.
