living in accomodation owned by business

Hi all,

looking for some information, I am about to buy a business that leases a property. I plan on living and working from the property, and wanted to know if there are any implications for this.

I suspect i will need to 'lease' to myself from the business for the accomodation at a fair and equitable rate - is this the correct approach.
