Pay for US B1/2: trouble with banks

Am applying DIY for wife. Pretty easy until....

 

Have DS160 complete submitted. Registered for appointment and was taken to payment page.

 

Here, you can print out appropriate info to give to bank to do EFT. For Beneficiary, no info other than Virtual Account number. Instructions (in Thai) are clear - NO OTHER INFORMATION TO BE ENTERED FOR BENEFICIARY THAN THE GIVEN NUMBER.

 

Banks in Khon Kaen (Bangkok Bank, SCB) insist they cannot do transfer without name/address/phone/etc of Beneficiary.

 

Anyone apply on line recently? Run I to problem paying?
