"Jomtien Supertown Walking Street" -- they built it, will you come?

Rammed down your throat, is it?

It's hilarious how often that explicit and hysterically homophobic phrase is used.

Just don't go there.

No best French bread and pastries in town for you. Either eaten in a civilized manner or rammed down your throat. Your call. Boo hoo.

No sausages for you then. Either rammed down your throat or otherwise.

"....they built it, will you come?" What could possibly induce me to go to a street full of gay bars? Or any bars for that matter. If I wanted bars I would surely not be living in Jomtien.

  • Im in no way homophobic but on the one occasion I walked down there I felt rather intimidated being the handsome guy I am, so definitely wouldnt go unless it was a total remodel of the businesses

  • Tru dat bro! A street full of gay boys is surely a place I'd never ever want to come and visit. Just like I never ever thought about walking down the gay boy street in Pattaya called Boystown.

As your name is Peter I'll give you a pass on that as thinking about phallus shaped things likely comes naturally to you.

Speaking of which, for those looking for a laugh try an image search for --

La Baguette Magique - Prête-Moi Paris

Update: Went to ODelices yesterday, it was 0900.  No cat calls or threats to my masculinity were received on the short walk to the bakery.

It is located in the space that used to be 'Hot Legs Sport Bar'.  The aforementioned contained neither hot ladies or sports. Perhaps the name: 'Past their prime mother's and Thai You Tube Videos' was already taken?

Regardless, the 200 thb breakfast was pleasant, the staff attentive and no complaints.  I ordered and prepaid for my food, not sure if that is standard practice.

No, when you have a meal there you generally pay after.

Anyway, word is this place is going to be expanding their restaurant function.

If the info I have is true the baking production will be moved upstairs and the entire first floor will be a restaurant.

They currently have a wonderful promotion on a variety plate (meats, cheeses, quiche, bread, juice, coffee, etc.) that is more like brunch or lunch than breakfast.

Perhaps they will be open in the night with the new plan. I do not know though.

Regarding the OP topic of the complex itself, (welcoming the Chinese) I would hesitate to order the fish dishes from the restaurant facing the front/back(door) entrance.
