Cheney: Just How Thick Is This Dick?

Featured Replies

I have to admit I don't know -into detail- much about this man, Dick Cheney.

He seems to be, at least, very controversial.

I read so many headlines about this man, I would like to hear from people who know better than me, if he's good for the US and the rest of the world, or not?

They couldn't even spell it. :o

He was against fighting in Iraq, apart from ousting Saddam from Kuwait, since he forsaw the army getting stuck in a bloody mess it wouldn't be able to get out from for many-many years. But this was back under Bush Sr.

I'm not sure what made him change his mind, but he was still right...it is a bloody mess.

Some more Halliburton stock options?

Amazing.... a topic started to entice two combatants ... neither of which have made the slightest comment.

What is it guys?

Big yellow streak?..... takes 48 hours to form an opinion? ..... research? ..... negative Dick comments a bit thin on the ground in cyberspace? .... not really in to Dick as a hole? :o

He makes Dubya look good.

well teddy, any argument with Dick is a bit spotty.

Always hated the way he said "weapons of mass destruction" with a tone of voice normally used to describe the softest of toilet papers on tv. :o

Spotty? Ask Dick's buddy who got a shotgun blast to the face. :o

So what you're saying is you're either ......

I have to admit I don't know much about this man, Dick Cheney.

.... uneducated .....

I read so many headlines about this man,

.... or illiterate.

Or incapable of forming your own opinion and standing behind it.

The Spee awakens...

:o

I will give Spee credit for forming his own opinions.

Pity they're wrong. :o

:D ...either...or.....

So, dear Mr. Spee, am I right to assume that everything is black-and-white in your life ? :o

My own opinion is not important, otherwise I wouldn't have asked.

But, since you , as a wise man, ask:

I don't like dick. :D

I don't think he has his own opinions.

He's just the same as the loonies who justify everything

with a quote from the koran.

He just reads a different book.

:D :D

They reckon he is a bit shot sighted :D

At least the septic redneck is leaving our shores as we speak

You weren't asking for anything. You were trolling for a flame war. So I gave you what you wanted.

Cheney's no saint, but then I don't think he ever claimed to me. He's a hard-nosed prick, a very powerful beltway-insider. So what? The same could be said for another 50 or 100 people.

What's the real issue? That he's a better VP than Algore and lefties can't stand it? Obviously yes. His ultimate job is to protect and defend the US. That's something that Clinton and Gore never figgered out, because they were too busy trying to cover their tracks, protect their cronies, and set up their post-administration financial security.

At least Cheney and his boss have the stones to stand behind what they say and what they believe in. I'd much rather have that then be saddled with nut-less, flip-flopping, waffling back-stabbers like Bill & Hill & Al.

In absence of intelligent thought, spew hatred.

Just another way to say "Intellectual surrender" :o

Thank you Mr. black-and-white for having a good laugh ! :D

If there are Pigeons and Hawks, now what would you like to be ? :o

I give cdnvic credit for stating his case - too bad he's been brain-washed by the liberal MSM... :D

At the risk of incurring further criticism from our own self-appointed journalism watchdog (you know who he is), I'll post a quote from our esteemed Vice President I challange anyone to refute:

"You also have to be accountable for the results. What are the consequences of that? What happens if we withdraw from Iraq?," he said. "And the point I made and I'll make it again is that al-Qaida functions on the basis that they think they can break our will. That's their fundamental underlying strategy, that if they can kill enough Americans or cause enough havoc, create enough chaos in Iraq, then we'll quit and go home. And my statement was that if we adopt the Pelosi policy, that then we will validate the strategy of al-Qaida. I said it and I meant it."

I believe the "you have to be accountable" line is the operative one? :o

I always was under the impression that the US/UK, and later other allies, went to Iraq because there were Weapons of Mass Destruction in the first place ? :o

Were there any?

I think the CIA/Pentagon knew there weren't any but maybe, just maybe they went to Iraq anyway...

Why?

Could it have been the powerfull arms-lobby in the White House...?.....Oil.....? Or both?
