Does anyone know where a friend of mine could buy this medicine in Pattaya? He's not rich and I suggested that most drug stores would sell it. They certainly did when I frequently went there 20 years ago. 

If there are no drug stores that sell at a normal price, is there a good clinic? He wants to avoid the large international hospitals.

Pharmacies are not allowed to legally sell these directly, you'll only get ones from hospital after a visit with doctor and psychiatry dept. 

 

There might be pharmacies that sell it, but since they're operating under the law anyway who know if it's counterfeit or low quality version
